Three FOGSI-recognised tracks run at Dev Nandini under Dr. Vimlesh Sharma. Applications go through FOGSI's standard form — instructions and the printable form are below.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to FOGSI members holding a degree and diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from MCI-recognised universities.
- Basic Infertility TrainingRs. 17,700
- Advanced Infertility TrainingRs. 29,500
- IUI & Stimulation ProtocolRs. 3,540
Fees are paid by Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque payable at Mumbai in favour of FOGSI. FOGSI Travelling Fellowship awardees receive two weeks of training free for their fellowship year.

Open the FOGSI application form below and complete it in the standard format prepared by FOGSI.

Attach photos of your centre and a note on your preferred training months.

Send the completed form along with the Demand Draft to the FOGSI Office at the address printed on the form.

A completion certificate is issued by FOGSI after successful completion of the course.
